Lil Wayne's hit single, "Lollipop," returned to the number one spot this week on Billboard's Hot 100 Chart. As the lead single from the Cash Money rappers new album Tha Carter 3, Wayne's had major success with the song as it was already number one before, having just a 3 week break from the top of the charts. Wayne continues to set a trend and show his staying power by having the first single since Usher's "U Got It Bad" to return to number one after such a long period of time.
