Everyone and their mom is in Washington D.C. but not everyone is enjoying success. Highly-promoted "balls" (concerts) featuring Ludacris, Big Boi, Nas and many others have been cancelled due to low ticket sales. Ludacris and Big Boi were set to host the "Urban Ball" that would have featured T-Pain, David Banner, Fantasia, Lil Jon, Monica and Bobby Valentino but again, it was cancelled.

The "Heroes Red, White & Blue" Ball that was set to feature Jamie Foxx, Nas and Slash was also cancelled for similar reasons, joining other cancelled events including Dionne Warwick's "American Music Ball."
