Ludacris Sued For Song Theft

The Philadelphia Inquirer is reporting that three producers (Anthony Turner, Damon Mayfield and Markus Vick, known as the Boogii Men Entertainment Group) have filed suit in the U.S. District Court in Philly claiming that Ludacris stold an idea for a song. They claim they sent a beat CD called Boogii Men Beats Volume 1 to Ludacris's Disturbing Tha Peace Label in 2004 but were blown off when they asked if there was interest. They claim that when Ludacris dropped his next album, The Red Light District, they noticed similarities between their tracks and "Get back". It's unknown if they are trying to block CD sales or seek damages, and their lawyer declined comment.
