KLEARJ is a southern American Hip-Hop rapper from Atlanta, GA. Born July 20, 1984 in Decatur, GA, KlearJ was raised by a family of musicians. His Grandfather was an early songwriter for Atlantic Records and his father was a local Gospel/Soul-Singer and songwriter. It was in 1992 that KlearJ himself decided to begin a future in Hip-Hop after being influenced by artist such as Kris-Kross, Das EFX and the late Notorious B.I.G. After moving away from Atlanta with family in 1995, he settled in Eufaula, Al. He remained there for 10 years honing his lyrical skill by battling other rappers in contest and on the streets. In 2006, he moved back to Atlanta to take advantage of the booming music scene.

Recently, he has released a mixtape called Mic Hustlin' Vol.1. The mixtape will soon be availiabe on Datpiff.com. Mic Hustlin' Vol.1 contains many songs that have been written and produced by KlearJ himself. In effort to promote the mixtape, he is planning to put together a promotional tour.
