Ne-Yo is now being sued for not showing up at a New Years Eve party. Wet Entertainment says they booked Ne-Yo for the event and even paid him $95,000 up front for it. The organizers says they even made all kinds of arrangements for Ne-Yo including travel and hotel. They say Ne-Yo's "people" showed up but he didn't so the show was canceled.

Wet Entertainment is suing Ne-Yo for the $95,000 plus about $1 million in damages. Ne-Yo did perform on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" special on New Years Eve with Robin Thicke and Solange Knowles.
