The shooting of Michael Brown has had people in Missouri going crazy and they have been reportedly violently protesting. St. Louis rapper Nelly has decided to give the protestors in his home town some advice on the way they have been dealing with the tragedy.
According to TMZ, Nelly has had enough with the violent protesting and explained how the people needed to strategize before overreacting.
“Nelly tells TMZ … “I understand the frustration, but we have to strategize before we overreact … We don’t get no do-over on sh*t like this, so we have to do it right the first time.” (TMZ)
Nelly also added that the people needed to come together and think before getting violent.
The rapper adds, “Ain’t nothing happen no different that hasn’t been happening … At the end of the day, we should have waited to strategize first and take all the right steps to organize.” (TMZ)
