It looks like not only did Nelly help Diddy, but Diddy helped Nelly in return. According to the St. Lunatic member, the Bad Boy boss gave him some words of wisdom to "speed It up." Nelly says "He was like, 'Let's go! What are you waiting on?."
Nellys 2008 "Brass Knuckles" did not do so well, despite eventually going gold, all his previous albums were multiple platinum projects. "I was like, 'You know what? You're right,' " Nelly said. "And I left the party to go to the studio."
