50 Cent settled a lawsuit this week. Jim Alcorn, a photographer for the New York Pot, sued 50 Cent for $21 Million dollars back in December 2004 after he says 50's bodygaurds "cross-checked" him into a Suburban then hit him on the head when he tried to take pictures of the rapper as he left Jacob The Jeweler's store.
The photographer revealed that 50 allegedly
encouraged the unidentified men to physically attacked him, resulting in
“severe and serious injuries, mental shock, and psychological trauma.” Alcorn was rushed to the hospital and treated for neck and jaw injuries. While a dollar figure was not made public, a lawyer for Alcorn said the photographer was “satisfied” with the settlement.
