BET Releases Programming For Next Year

BET recently announced it's programming guide for the next year. The slate includes a documentary series about five brothers in an R&B group under the guidence of Jermaine Dupri, called "Brutha," which will debut in the last half of 2008. There will also be a spin off of BET's "106 & Park" show called "106 & Gospel" which will hit the small screen in the early part of 2009. "Gospel" will feature a top 20 countdown of contemporary gospel videos, as well as news segments and youth choir battles.
BET to continue to have special broadcast events such as the "BET Awards," "The Celebration of Gospel," the "BET Hip Hop Awards" and the "BET Honors."
