Foxy Brown Returns To Court, Laywer Resigns

Foxy Brown was back in court yesterday, not even a week after being released from prison. Foxy appeared in court for a status hearing for assault charges from a February of 07 at a beauty suppy store. Foxy tried to work a plea deal without her lawyer, which lead to her lawyer resigning. The judge gave Foxy two weeks to find a new attorney and return to court on May 8th.
The incident at hand involved Foxy being arrested in Pembroke Pines in BrowardCounty after allegedly throwing hair glue at a beauty supply store employee after she became angry after being asked to leave the store because it was closing. She was also charged with resisting arrest, battery and struggling with an officer.
