Kanye West is giving his fans a preview for the look of his upcoming "Glow In The Dark" tour. Kanye posted a picture of the glow-in-the-dark stage that is part of his set up on his blog recently. "This is not a regular show. I tell people, hey, this show is gonna be crazy and they say, “I bet it is!”, BUT THEY HAVE NO IDEA!" Kanye said. Kanye also said the tour will feature and "entirely new designed set" including a "robot designed by christian colon, creatures by Jim Henson's Creature Shop," saying it's "possibly the greatest light show of all time."
In related news, Kanye West has been added to the list of performeres at 2008's Lollapalooza which will also include Wilco, Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, Rage Against the Machine and the Raconteurs. A full list of the 120 acts that will play the show will be announced Monday but its being reported that Gnarls Barkley, Bloc Party, Cat Power, Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks, Kid Sister,
Girl Talk, Mates of State, G. Love and Special Sauce, the Black Keys, Broken
Social Scene, the Cool Kids, Blues Traveler, Jamie Lidell, Battles,
Office, Grizzly Bear and Go! Team will be part of the huge show.
