Lil' Jon Takes Over World's Largest Biker Bar

Motorcycle enthusiasts attending the 67th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota will get a burst of energy, thanks to chart-topping rapper Lil' Jon. The rapper's Crunk!!! Energy Drink has been named official energy drink of The Full Throttle Saloon, known as the world's largest biker bar.

Now tell me this makes sense. If I was LiL Jon, I wouldn’t be messing with a big bunch of drunken sloppy bikers, especially being black and loud screaming things like “WHAT” and “YEA”… But then again LiL Jon takes chances. Giving them ENERGY drinks, is taking a chance.

The annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally takes place August 6-12 and features rides through the legendary Black Hills and the surrounding area, while hundreds of thousands of bikers attend various concerts during the evening at local bars, including the famed Full Throttle Saloon.
 
Crunk!!! will take over the 30-acre Full Throttle Saloon starting on August 3, offering drink recipes and a VIP section of the stage.

Additionally, Lil' Jon will perform selections from his upcoming album Crunk Rock and DJ at the Full Throttle Saloon on August 10.
 
Lil' Jon, born Jonathan Smith, launched Crunk!!! in 2004.
 
After several years of success, Crunk!!! was quietly acquired by Solvi Brands, LLC, a privately held company.

The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally was originally launched in 1936.
 
Last year, almost 500,000 people attended the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, helping to city of Sturgis, which has a population of just over 6,000 people, generate over $12 million in taxable sales.
 
Other performers during the week at The Full Throttle Saloon include world reknowned group Molly Hatchet, Saliva (Jay-Z's 'Takeover'), Murder By Death, Powerman 5000, Jackyl, Clutch and others.
