Ludacris Faces Tommy Lee In New TV Show, Cast In 3 New Movies

Ludacris is set to face off with rocker Tommy Lee in a new reality show called "Battleground Earth," slated to air on the Discovery Networks' Planet Green Channel this summer. The Daily Variety is reporting that ten episodes of "Battleground Earth" are expected to be shot within the next few weeks in preparation for a late July or early August premiere. Luda and Tommy Lee will travel the country and compete in challenges that highlight "green" issues and in the finale, the two will join forces by co-headling a concert at Los Angeles' Greek Theater, with the proceeds going to benefit Griffith Park.
In a related story, Ludacris has been added to the cast of a Fox's Max Payne film alongside Mark Wahlberg, Mila Kunis and Beau Bridges. Luda will also play a role in the Guy Richie movie RocknRolla, which is set to hit the screens in October plus he is in another film called Ball Don't Lie, which will debut at the Tribeca Film Festival.
