Philadelphia Mayor John Street prevented rapper Mystikal from performing in a play last night.
Mystikal was sheduled to perform at the Dell East in Cordell Moore's "Something She Can Feel," but the mayor's spokesperson said Mystikal is "not an appropriate role model for the young people of Philadelphia." Mystikal's understudy went on instead.
Mystikal recently pleaded guilty to extortion and sexual battery.
