Diddy Sued Again, This Time For Allegedly Ordering A BeatDown

The legal troubles continue Diddy as he was hit with another huge lawsuit, this time by a promoter that says that Mr. Combs ordered him to be beaten up.

According to TMZ, in his latest lawsuit, Puff is being sued for $4 million by NYC nightclub promoter James Waldon, who alleges that the Bad Boy CEO ordered his bodyguards to attack him at trendy night spot "The Box."

Waldon says it all started when he spotted Diddy sitting across from him in a booth on June 1, 2007, when he attempted to speak to the Bad Boy mogul. Waldon claims Diddy then gestured to his bodyguards to "forcibly remove" him from the area, claiming that he was punched, kicked and chased around the club. Waldon also suggests that the attack caused him to obtain several injuries, including "bruises, contusions, lacerations ... and injuries to his mouth and his teeth."

Waldon is also holding the trendy Manhattan club where the incident took place responsible because of what he feels was their common knowledge of "Combs' reputation for, history of, and alleged involvement in violent altercations and confrontations in various premises, lounge and nightclub establishments across the country." In addition to the amount that he's seeking from Combs, Waldon is requesting that he be awarded another $500,000 from The Box.

This recent lawsuit is just the latest for Combs, who, as previously reported, was hit with a $19 million lawsuit by a former Bad Boy consultant, James Sabatino, who alleges that Diddy reneged on an agreement to pay him $200,000 for both music and video footage of the late Notorious B.I.G.

Combs said the payment was delayed because once the Los Angeles police named Sabatino as a person of interest in B.I.G.'s death, the mogul didn't want his payment to Sabatino to be misconstrued.
