A lawsuit filed against Sean "Diddy" Combs by Kirk Burrowes, who served as the president of Bad Boy Entertainment for three years, was dismissed Wednesday by a New York appeals court. Judges unanimously ruled that the allegations outlined in the suit were too old for the case to move forward, according to Combs' attorney, Benjamin Brafman. "The bottom line is, the courts concluded — both in the federal court and the state court — that this is a baseless lawsuit and it should have no right to continue," he said. Burrowes had accused Diddy of threatening him with a baseball bat and intimidating him into relinquishing his stake in Bad Boy.
