R. Kelly Goes Back To Court

R. Kelly is heading back to court, this time it isn't for the child pornography charges. A promoter in Nevada is suing him for failing to appear at a scheduled concert. According to TMZ, Royalty Records filed the suit against the R&B star in an Atlanta court. According to the suit, R. Kelly was paid $120,000 to perform at a show along side Keyshia Cole and Ne-Yo, but he didn't show up. The promoter is seeking his money back plus damages.
