R. Kelly tops the list of nominees for the 2004 Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Awards with eight nods, followed by Jay-Z, who has seven. The event is set for August 6 in Miami, immediately following the three-day Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Conference. Beyoncé, Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz, Alicia Keys, Chingy and Outkast are also among the artists with multiple nominations.
