C Walking Banned

The recent popularity of the dance called "C-Walk" or the "Crip Walk" a long way from the grimy inner city streets of post industrial Los Angeles. Nowadays, you can see anyone from Lil' Bow Wow to Sisqo doing the dance. Now a number of L.A. inner city schools have banned the popular dance. According to officials, the dance was originally performed after a rival gang member was killed.

The dance and all of its forms have been banned with punishment for performing the dance ranging from detention to suspension.
