The one video that Diana Ross likely doesn't want the public to see--the videotape shot during her arrest for alleged drunk driving--will be released to the media as early as Friday (January 17).
A judge ordered on Tuesday (January 14) that the tape be released, but without the audio portion. Following her arrest, Ross's attorneys had won a temporary restraining order that prevented the release of the video of her December 30 arrest, but Ross's attorneys agreed that the tape could be released as long as the sound was not included.
Ross, 58, was cited on three misdemeanor counts related to driving under the influence--breath tests showed her blood-alcohol level of 0.20 percent, more than twice Arizona's legal limit of 0.08.
The pop diva is due in court on January 31.
