Flo Rida Featuring T-Pain and their "Low" remains #1 on The Billboard Hot 100 chart as it isn't moving much this week along with being the week's biggest radio airplay gainer. Alicia Keys' "No One" and Timbaland's "Apologize" featuring OneRepublic stay at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively. Chris Brown's "Kiss Kiss," also featuring T-Pain, holds tight at No. 4 as Fergie's "Clumsy" climbs a single slot to its former peak of No. 5. Colbie Caillat's "Bubbly" slides up 7-6, and Finger Eleven's "Paralyzer" moves 8-7 in its 31st week on the chart.
