MIMS Sued For $7.5 Mil For Concert No-Show

A talent agent is reportedly suing MIMS for $7.5 million for failing to give a scheduled performance last month.

According to the New York Post, Marquitta Blair filed a lawsuit in Rockland County, N.Y this week claiming that MIMS (born Shawn Mims) was a no-show at Club Eugene on April 5 because she's a woman and he has a "discriminatory attitude" towards women.

In the suit, Blair quotes MIMS' misogynistic lyrics to prove her case and says the New York bred rapper "has promoted and traded upon a pattern of conduct involving the belittlement and degradation of females as 'bitches' and 'hoes.'"

Blair claims that she sent MIMS $2,500 down payment through his agent and the rapper was slated to perform a 10-minute set for $10,000.

MIMS and his camp have yet to comment on the suit.
