On Monday, a New York federal jury ruled in favor of a former editor of The Source, who alleged that she was fired from her post at the hip-hop magazine after complaining about the office's sexually charged atmosphere. The Source and its founders, Ray "Benzino" Scott and David Mays, were ordered to pay former editor-in-chief Kimberly Osorio $15.5 million after four hours of deliberation, according to a press release from Osorio's attorney Ken Thompson.
