Mystikal getting sued

Louisiana rapper Mystikal is being sued for copyright infringement for $1.25 Million in damages, plus retroactive profits, royalties and song writing credit by Steve Winn, the New Orleans inventor of Cajun in Your Pocket, a key chain that utters six Cajun phrases. The suit alleges that Mystikal's 2000 megahit "Shake Ya Ass" lifted phrases such as "You gotta suck da head on dem der crawfish!" from the talking toy. A court date is set for mid-September.
