Q-Tip Get's Barack Obama On His New Album

Q-Tip, the Tribe Called Quest star, is reportedly enlisting presidential canidate Barack Obama for his upcoming solo album called The Renaissance, out this June. Q-Tip says "I've got Norah Jones on there, but Barack is the big one," continuing "You'll see what happens, I can't reveal too much." Besides Obama, who will be on one song, Spike Lee will also make a political appearance on the album. The album will be Q-Tip's first solo album since his 99' Amplified. His second album, 2002's Kamaal The Abstract, was shelved after Arista Records considered the album too experimental.
