Around 6:30pm EST on June 5th R.Kelly was arrested on 21 accounts of
child prnography charges. Acording toe CNN.Com "The R" was taken intocustody in Polk Country, Florida on the 21 accounts indictment by the
Chicago Police.
The indictment was based upon the popular videotaped
evidence, that has been sold nationwide on the streets for as much as
$50 bucks. The tape contains "R Kelly" having sex with a underaged girl.
Even after R Kellys claims that it was not him in the video the FBI
tested and anthenticated the videotape prooving the tape was aunthentic.
Investigators interved over 50 witnesses who testified before the grand
jury and identified Kelly as the person in the video, authorities said.
Kelly's lawyer stated he would prove that the girl in the Video indeed
was not underage. If.. convicted, Kelly faces a heavy Prison term of
up to 15 years and a fine of up to 100,000. |
