Styles P will release his next album through Koch Records, sources confirmed to SOHH today.
Just a week after Styles (whose real name is David Styles) exchanged words with 50 Cent during Fif's now infamous interview with Hot 97's Angie Martinez, plans are being made to roll out Styles' third LP 5 Star General this Summer via Koch Records.
Styles parted ways with Interscope Records earlier this year, within a month of the release of his second album Time Is Money. A follow up to Styles P's highly acclaimed 2002 release A Gangsta and a Gentleman, the sophomore album endured a number of delays before finally hitting shelves on December 19. Since it's release the album has sold less than 70,000 copies.
In related news, Styles is currently recovering from a broken leg, after being injured in Greenburgh, NY during a road rage incident that occurred on December 29.
