First off I must say why would they even make this show. Secondly if you are going to have a Rap American Idol type show why make it whites only? SO wack. Raps bout the music not color.
VH1 will air a competition series for white wannabe rappers. The series, titled The White Rapper Show, will be produced by Ken Mok, the executive producer of Top Model, and be hosted by Michael “MC Serch” Berrin.
During the eight-episode show, which debuts in early 2007, “[c]ontestants will live together in the South Bronx as a series of challenges test their music talent and ability to mesh with black culture,” according to Variety. VH1 VP says contestants will “have to earn credibility and the respect of the people in the Bronx.” The winner will receive $100,000.
VH1 is currently casting and wants a 60-second video demonstrating your skillz.
