Wake up Show to release DVD spanning last 15 years

Melee Entertainment and internationally syndicated radio hosts Sway and King Tech have teamed up to release the "Wake Up Show" for the first time on DVD.

 The Wake Up Show DVD, which is scheduled to be released on August 7, will feature interviews and freestyles from various artists who have appeared on the legendary show over the last 15 years.

 Artists featured on The Wake Up Show DVD include Eminem, Wu Tang, Gangstarr, Xzibit, Pharrell and the show's final interviews by Hip-Hop legends the Notrious B.I.G and Tupac Shakur.

 The "Wake Up Show," who's show is infamously known for it's MC battles, gained so much popularity over the years, that in 2000 MTV decided to bring the radio show to the channel.

 The "Wake Up Show", which launched in X and still airs in Los Angeles, is now broadcasted in several markets including, San Francisco, California, San Diego, California, Pheonix, Arizona and Paris, France.

 The show is also the the longest running syndicated Hip-Hop show airing on mainstream radio.

 The Wake Up Show on DVD hits stores August 7 on Melee/Fontanta/Universal.
