DETROIT - The largest indoor sport compact and lowrider event in the Detroit/Windsor area is to take place at Cobo Hall, Detroit, Michigan. On June 1, 2002, Sincity Productions will host Street Dreams 2. The 400,000 square-foot venue will house a 67-category competition of automotive excellence, where 170+ trophies and $25,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded throughout the day.
Providing the ultimate experience for both the participants and spectators, Street Dreams 2 is an event where conventional notions of auto shows will be met with revolutionary tactics. Sincity Productions is preparing to not only organize an impressive showcase of automotive distinction, but also an entertainment exhibition in which the whole family can enjoy. Along with the 500 anticipated vehicle registrants and over 70 vendors displaying the latest in automotive products, many other exciting activities are scheduled throughout the day. Live performances include celebrity autograph opportunities, fashion show, talent showcase, lyrical competition, break dancing, and DJ battle. A model competition in search of Miss Street Dreams 2002 will also be a main attraction.
