We caught up with rap canine Snoop Dogg at his Midtown hotel, and he just happened to be carrying a box of not-quite-full-size cigars, perhaps from Philadelphia?

Perhaps he was taking them to a friend who just had a baby?

Who knows why Snoop needed those ... the colloquial term is blunts, no?
