T.I. continues to make moves in the business despite his recent legal issues. Variety is reporting that the Atlanta rapper has just signed a three picture deal with Screen Gems pictures. The first film, 'Bone Deep', will be a drama where T.I. will starr next to Idris Elba and Academy Award-nominee Matt Dillon. The movie follows bank robbers who make a big score before being pulled into one last heist by a newly paroled accomplice.
Another movie that will fall under the deal is called 'Boulevard', a drama that is still in development. Details on this movie haven't been released yet. T.I. was first in the Chris Robinson directed film called 'ATL' in 2006. TIP was also featured in the major film 'American Gangster' last year.
In related news, T.I. recently signed a deal to do a documentary type TV show on MTV that will follow the rapper as he does his 1,000 hours of community service leading up to his one-year prison sentence.
