Contrary to our news earlier, The Game is still locked up in a prison in the Los Angeles area. Sawn Chapman Holley, Game's lawyer, had said earlier (hence our news post before), that Game was released from the Twin Towers Correctional Facility earlier today after serving eight days of his sixty day sentence. A rep for the compton rapper said that The Game was simply transferred to another jail, saying "He was transferred to an unnamed prison, due to his gang related background." Jimmy Henchmen, The Game's Manager, said "We had anticipated that he would be release on or before April 2nd," continuing "[We were expecting] it to be similar to what happened with Paris Hilton, where she was sentenced to 90 days and only did a week in the penitentiary. As of right now, I don't know what county jail he's at. We're anticipating for him to be home probably April, so he can promote his album."
