After leaving his long time label, Slip-N-Slide Records, Trick Daddy is now bringing his group, Dunk Ryders, and his record company over to Cash Money Records. Trick recently signed a deal which will bring his group to Cash Money to release their debut album. Before doing so, Trick plans to release a mixtape called Dunk Ride or Die, which will be hosted by Philys DJ Beatstreet, to give the public a taste of their music. The mixtape will feature their hit "Fuck The Other Side" plus some Trick Daddy freestyles.

Although Trick signed the deal for his group and his record company, he is still negociating a deal for his next solo album, which will be the follow up to his 2006 album Back by Thug Demand. The album feature the singles “Bet That” and “Tuck Ya Ice.”
