Xzibit Cast in New Oliver Stone Film Pinkville

Xzibit has joined the cast of a new Vietnam war era film from director Oliver Stone called Pinkville. According to the Hollywood Reporter, X to the Z will appear alongside Bruce Willis, Woody Harrelson and Tatum Channing and production is scheduled to begin next year. Pinkville will detail the events of the 1968 My Lai massacre, in which 500 innocent men women and children were murdered by U.S. soldiers. The Los Angles based MC will play a soldier who believes he carried out his orders in a moral way. The script was written by Mikko Alanne, who also contributed to the screenplay for Notorious, the upcoming Biggie Smalls biopic. Xzibit is currently shooting another film, American Inquisition, with Alfre Woodard, Anthony Mackie, Charles Dutton, and Tim Blake Nelson.
