Outkast member Andre 3000 Arrested for Speeding

Outkast member Andre 3000 was arrested on Saturday March 28th for driving his 2007 Porsche Carrera at a speed of 109 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on I-75 in suburban Atlanta. Police say Benjamin told them he was going so fast because he missed an exit and had to turn around.
Henry County Police Capt. Jason Bolton says the entertainer, whose real name is Andre Benjamin, was clocked speeding in a 65 mph zone in his Porsche south of Atlanta about 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
Talking to Atlanta's WSB-TV, Henry County Police Captain Jason Bolton said: "Travelling that fast along 75, you're passing people as if they're standing still. It's an accident waiting to happen."
The 33-year-old Andre Benjamin is free on $1,200 property bond pending a court date April 29.
