Diddy Sued Over Design Of Bottle
Diddy has been sued for allegedly stealing the design for his bottle of his new fragrance 'Unforgiveable.' Tom Patti says the cologne's packaging is a rip-off of two copyrighted tabletop glass sculptures he designed in the 1980s called "compacted gray with clear and ribs" and "modulated solar airfame."
"Unforgiveable" hit stores in February of 2006 and "Unforgiveable Sensual Body Spray" and a collectors edition followed, not to mention the "Unforgiveable Multiplatinum."
