Hip Hop Mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is being sued by a man who was shot and injured at an Atlanta restaurant owned by Diddy. Leroy "Tony" Austin is suing Diddy for failing to maintain a safe enviroment after he was shot back in November of 2010.
ATLANTA -- A man who was shot and injured at a restaurant owned by rapper-producer Sean "P. Diddy" Combs has filed a federal lawsuit claiming the restaurant failed to maintain a safe environment.

Leroy "Tony" Austin said he was an invited guest to Justin's Restaurant and Bar in November 2010 when he and another man were shot outside the parking lot.

He said in the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court of Northern Georgia on Friday that the restaurant's operators knew there was "dangerous and hazardous conditions" around the facility but failed to warn Austin. The lawsuit also claimed the restaurant in Atlanta's ritzy Buckhead district failed to provide adequate security protection on the property. The restaurant's attorneys did not return phone and email messages. (AP)
