P. Diddy is always adding to his empire, this time it's a fashion show. Diddy is set to be an executive producer of BET's annual "Rip The Runway" fashion show. The show will be co-hosted by Nelly, with actress Lauren London as his partner. The show will be held at Manhattan Center in New York on February 21st but won't air until March. Chris Robinson will direct the show of hip-hop's most popular brands are showcased.
"Music and fashion relate because both art forms are extremely passionate," Diddy said in an interview with I Got Shotgun during New York City's fashion week. "They're about evolving, being forward and having a certain level of creativity. Music and fashion go together. You can't have one without the other in all honesty. You can't have a great recording artist without having some great clothes and you can't have some great clothes without some great music to go behind it." BET's Rip The Runway premiers on March 4 at 9 p.m. EST.
