Pharrell Calls Rhea In N.E.R.D. An Experiment

Hit-Producer (as part of the due The Neptunes) and lead group member of N.E.R.D., Pharrell Williams, recently spoke about the time singer Rhea spent with the group. Pharrell says that her sound simply did not fit with the group.
As recently as Jay-Z's "Blueprint 3" tour, Rhea was performing along with N.E.R.D. and of course being rumored to being added as the fourth member of the group but Pharrell says that she was never added as a member and she had her own thing going. "She needed her own band to do the kind of music that she does, which is R&B," said the bandleader, Skateboard P.
