Plies Sued For Gangsta Cred Boost

Southern rapper Plies has been hit with a lawsuit over a 2006 Florida nightclub shooting. According to multiple reports, the lawsuit was filed in Alachua County Circuit Court yesterday (March 3th). Plies, along with the record company he started, is being sued by the five victims of the 2006 Gainsville nightclub shooting claiming that being shot increased Plies gangsta rap cred along with helped him profit from their suffering.
Plies entourage allegedly shot in the club after a fight broke out with another rapper during the appearance at the club. Plies was later arrested after weapons were allegedly found in his car.
