R. Kelly had been hoping for a Chicago judge to dismiss the child-pornography case against him, but on Friday (October 28), his request was denied. However, the singer got a small consolation prize, when the judge ordered the prosecution to turn over some computer files to help his case. He’s due back in court December 9.
