Kelly’s lost another round in court: on Wednesday a Chicago judge refused to dismiss a civil suit brought against him by an adult woman claiming invasion of privacy and negligence for being included in the antics on a sex tape allegedly made by the singer. Kelly has denied that he’s the man on the tape.
