R. Kelly Sues Club Promoters

    R. Kelly is going back to court, this time on his own account. According to TMZ, R. Kelly says in a lawsuit filed Friday that promoters for a nightclub put his name and face on fliers which he says "falsely advertising" that Kelly was set to host one of their parties.

    Kelly isn't seeking a set amount but it will be a minimum of $25,000 dollars and wants an amount that will "stop defendants' ... disgorgement of ill-gotten gains."
