T.I. has been hard at work on his new album, Paper Trail, which is due in stores in September. Recently he revealed to a Atlanta radio station that he has "ever so slightly" toned down the lyrics for his new album due to a newfound understanding that he has learned from his past year of troubles including talking to children about guns and drugs. "Not to a great deal or an extra degree of censorship, I'm just making sure this album is much more intelligently and artistically put together," T.I. said, continuing, "I'ma still get loose now. I'ma still do me. But you know when I was living the way I was living, I was rapping the way I was rapping ... A lot of elements that were in my life no longer exist."
T.I. also said that Lil' Wayne, Diddy, Jay-Z and Nelly all reached out to support him during the rough last year. Young Jeezy even came to one of his bond hearings but T.I. said he spoke to Busta Rhymes and Eminem the most. "The only person I spoke to more than Busta was Eminem," he revealed. "Me and Eminem, we stayed in contact, stayed on the phone, making sure each other was doing good."
T.I. will be doing his first televised interview on BET tomorrow since pleading guilty on weapons charges. The interview will be on at 7:30 pm eastern time.

"Um, that one, I don't think is gonna work no more, It was something that ain't went right." Lil Wayne said, speaking about the tour with G-Unit.
Wayne told MTV News that "I think I might go out with
Keyshia Cole. You're bringing two different types of people in there.
You got people coming to soothe their souls with Keyshia, and you got
people who wanna throw their hands up with me. It's like listening to
the radio. I think a concert should be like listening to the radio.
When you listen to the radio, and your top-five or top-eight songs come

R-Kelly troubles continue. The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that an unidentified woman is about to testify that she engaged in sexual activity with R-Kelly and an underage female, “she was involved in a threesome with [the girl] and R. Kelly,” an inside source said. Whether to allow the woman's testimony was a topic at the secret hearings that were held last year, and Judge Vincent Gaughan decided to allow it.
The underage girl in question is the center of the case, allegedly being the famous young female the infamous sex tape that featured the R&B star. Now in her 20's, Kelly's involvement with her resulted in many child pornography counts back in 2002 which leaves 15 years in prison at stake for Kells. Jury selection for the delayed trial starts Friday.

The Game becomes the latest rapper to talk retirement. Kanye West has never been one to watch his tongue. Recently Entertainment Weekly reviewed Kanye's "Glow In The Dark" tour, and Kanye doesn't like what they said. EW went to the Seattle show Kanye recently put on and gave him a B+ for his performance and went on to call him "a nut." Kanye replied today using his blog saying “What's a B+ mean? I'm an extremist. It's either pass or fail! A+ or
F-! You know what, f**k you and the whole f**king staff!!! I know I
shouldn't dignify this with a comment, but the reviewer threw a jab at
all the artists.”
Chris Willman, the EW reviewer, also insulted other acts on the tour stating things like “Pharrell Williams is no great singer” and Rihanna “needs to ramp up the charisma.” The “Glow In The Dark” tour features Rihanna, Pharrell Williams, N*E*R*D*, and Lupe Fiasco in addition to West.
