Charged with aggravated assault, the bizarre incident supposedly started with a threatening text message that later resulted in the victim being knocked unconcsious in front of his mother, and the rapper leaving a trail of items behind as he fled:
After sending a text message to Giovanni Nagy saying he was going to beat him up, Brisco, 29, later showed up at Nagy’s North Miami condominium complex. Nagy’s mother stepped outside to speak with the rapper in an effort to get him to leave her son alone and an argument broke out. Nagy came out of the apartment to defend his mother, and that’s when police say Brisco pelted him with punches leaving him unconscious. In his haste to flee in a white Range Rover with the Florida tag: 863 TCA., police say Brisco left behind a red hat and one of the red sneakers he had on his feet. According to police, Giovanni Nagy’s mother snapped cell phone pictures of the rapper while he was beating up her son. (Miami Herald)
Before turning himself in, the rapper sent out a final cryptic tweet simply stating “I’m gone!”.
