Posted By on July 12, 2011

Although incarcerated for a homicide as a result of a botched robbery in New Jersey, Harlem rapper Max B is planning his future plans for when he gets out of jail.

Although currently serving a 75 year sentence, the rapper remains hopeful that an appeals court will overturn his verdict, and make him a free man.

And when he is free, he plans on releasing a new installment of the mixtape series “Coke Wave”, and also said he has plans on making “Coke Wave: The Movie”.

According to the rapper, he completed his paper work for appealing in March, and said in April that he could be out by summer, or the end of the year, depending on the appellate courts.
