After spending nearly four weeks in immigration custody [previous Shyne Will Be Deported To Belize], Shyne was finally released from jail (or more specific the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.)) yesterday. He was taken straight to the airport where he was deported to his native country of 'Belize'. He was spotted at the airport by some Paparazzi but didnt stop to smile.

More paparazzi pictures came out when he got back to Belize. Shyne went directly to the Princess Youth Royal Hostel where he visited kids trying to motivate them to walk the right path.

At press time, the exact reason why Shyne was detained and ultimately deported remained unclear. A spokesperson for I.C.E. would not release any information pertaining to Shyne's case when contacted. Citing homeland security, the spokesperson would only reveal that Shyne was being held at a facility in western New York for an immigration law violation.

Harvard Professor Charles Ogletree was assisting the rapper in his immigration case and as of press time is expected to continue to represent Shyne. Shyne will continue to fight for his return to the U.S., where he hopes to return to his music career. He was most recently signed to Def Jam Records after splitting with Diddy in the aftermath of their separate trials.
