Heavy D Autopsy Released, Died from Blood Clot

Old School rapper Heavy D died last month of a blood clot in his long. That was probably caused from a long flight from London, where he was perofrming a tribute to Michael Jackson. Although everybody figured because of his heavy size that he died because of his weight or pneumonia. However the autoposy report released Tuesday (December 27, 2011) revealed that he suffered from deep leg thrombosis that caused a pulmonary embolism. Heavy D was a influence to rap music in the late 1980s and '90s with a fusion of New Jack Swing and reggae.
