Kevin Black, a Los Angeles based professional is a ten-year executive and a true leader to the Hip-Hop Industry. Kevin Black has successfully strategized the promotional campaigns of Eminem, Eve, 50 Cent, Limp Bizkit, Dr. Dre, Truth Hurts, Blackstreet, ad The Lox amongst others. He is considered “The Man,” the “hit-maker” in today’s Hip-Hop world.
This year’s 9th Annual Multicultural Prism Awards (MPA) are themed: “Celebrating the Contributions of the Hip Hop Culture through Urban Economics.” We are celebrating the Hip- Hop and urban community’s influence as trendsetters. Hip-Hop artists are largely seen as an urban phenomenon influencing popular culture in music, fashion, vocabulary, lifestyle, etc. This years Prism will display the community and social commitment of the artists themselves. The Hip-Hop audience represents approximately 100 million consumers and $300 billion in buying-power. The MPA Show will platform Hip-Hop artists’ philanthropic endeavors, their social/community involvement and bring their economic contributions to the forefront.
